    Sterling brought three points for City through a stoppage time goal

    Raheem Sterling scored the match-winning goal in the stoppage time as Manchester City defeated the hosts AFC Bournemouth by 2-1. Charlie Daniels put the hosts ahead by 1-0 on just 13 minutes through a stunning finish. 8 minutes later, Gabriel Jesus equalized the scoreline (1-1) for Manchester City.

    After that, City desperately tried to go ahead but was unable to get success in it. When it was looked that both teams would share a point each, Sterling scored the decisive goal for Manchester City in the injury time (90’+7’).

    Just after that goal, Sterling was sent off as he received the second yellow card of the match. After scoring the goal, Sterling went to fans for celebration that actually provoked the fans to spill onto the pitch. It was the reason for Sterling’s second yellow card, who had already received a yellow card just a few minutes earlier in that injury time.

    Swansea City clinched their first victory in this Premier League season after defeating the hosts Crystal Palace by 2-0.

    The visitors’ teenage striker Tammy Abraham scored his first Premier League goal just before the half time (44’). Jordan Ayew extended the lead for the visitors in the early second half (48’).

     

    Huddersfield Town held to a goalless draw against Southampton

    The new Premier League team Huddersfield Town continued their unbeaten streak at the end of the third game after making a goalless draw in their home game against Southampton.

    Huddersfield had some good chances, especially in the first half, which they should finish better than they did. On the other hand, Southampton played better in the second half where they created some good chances but failed to worth on those.

     

    Newcastle earned a 3-0 victory against West Ham

    Newcastle secured their first victory on their Premier League return after beating the visiting team West Ham United by 3-0.

    Joselu scored the opening goal for the hosts Newcastle on 38 minutes which was followed by Ciaran Clark (72’) through a header and Aleksandar Mitrovic (86’) with an easy finish in the second half.

    Despite holding better possession (63%), West Ham failed to use that.

     

    Brighton & Hove Albion clinched their first Premier League point after making a goalless draw against the 10-man Watford

    Brighton & Hove Albion earned their first ever Premier League point after securing a goalless draw against the 10-man hosts Watford.

    On 24 minutes, hosts’ centre-back Miguel Britos was directly sent-off after getting a red card due to making a horrendous tackle on visiting winger Anthony Knockaert, whose shot hit the post in a few minutes earlier.

    On 38 minutes, Albion’s another delivery hit on the post which was produced by Tomer Hemed.

    The Seagulls were totally under control during the whole game but they just failed to break the deadlock. There were only two shots on target in the whole game which were generated by the visiting team.

     

    Dominated Red Devils beat Leicester by 2-0

    Manchester United continued their dominant performance on the field as this time they clinched a 2-0 victory over Leicester City at Old Trafford.

    Despite having many chances, the Red Devils had to wait a long time for opening their scoreline. The hosts could open the scoreline in the just 18th minute when Mata netted successfully but it was ruled out due to an offside decision. However, the review was showing that Mata was level on the line which meant that the offside was a wrong decision.

    On the 8 minutes of the second half, United won a penalty after the visiting defender Simpson committed a handball inside the penalty box. But Lukaku’s penalty-kick was terrifically saved by the visiting goalie Kasper Schmeichel.

    Finally, Rashford broke the deadlock for the hosts on 70 minutes after his touch was failed to save by Schmeichel from the following corner.

    On 82 minutes, Fellaini scored the second goal for United from the following pass by Lingard.

    Chelsea secured first home victory in this Premier League season through double first half goal

    Chelsea clinched their first home victory in this Premier League season after beating Everton by 2-0 which were scored in the first half.

    Cesc Fabregas opened the scoreline for the home team in the 27th minutes which was extended by Alvaro Morata on 40 minutes through a header.

    In the entire contest, Everton had no shot on target while Chelsea established seven shots on target. Chelsea had also few chances to stretch their lead but failed to achieve them.

     

    West Bromwich Albion held to 1-1 draw against Stoke City

    Hosts West Bromwich Albion (WBA) was held to a 1-1 draw against Stoke City.

    Just after an hour gameplay, hosts’ forward Jay Rodriguez opened the scoreline through a header following a great cross by Nyom. Substitute Peter Crouch leveled the scoreline through another header in an open goal on 77 minutes.

     

    Hosts Liverpool thrashed Arsenal by 4-0

    Liverpool thrashed Arsenal by 4-0 at Anfield. On 17 minutes, Liverpool earned the first goal through Roberto Firmino’s header.

    Sadio Mane doubled the lead for Liverpool on 40 minutes through a superb solo effort. Mohammad Salah and substitute Daniel Sturridge added once each in the second half which made terrify for the Arsenal team who had not managed at least a shot on target in the whole game.

     

    Chris Wood’s debutant goal in the injury time rescued Burnley with a draw result

    Burnley snatched a point in their away game against Tottenham after Burnley’s debutant forward Chris Wood rescued them with an injury time goal.

    After the first half ended in a goalless, hosts Tottenham took a 1-0 lead in the early second half. Dele Ali sent home a ball following a corner on 4 minutes of the second half.

    In the injury time of the game, debutant Chris Wood equaled the scoreline with a perfect finish.
